Delete Facebook

Facebook again is trending, Recently there was an alleged report that Facebook used the data of their users totalling around 50 million user accounts. This isn’t the first time that there has been an alleged breach of data in Facebook.

#deletefacebook is gaining more and more support and a lot of people are turning to twitter to vent their frustration. A lot of people are reporting that they have been deleting their facebook accounts.

Facebook have a mind of their own and at times think they can do what they want. Facebook isn’t the power that it used to be. Facebook is now full of people that love to take selfies, love to share photos of their food. The last time that anything interesting that gets shared on facebook was a long time ago.

I spoke with a business user of facebook. “They are cracking down on the advertising of small businesses more and more these days, I started a small business and started sharing my products on facebook groups. Within about 1 week I was restricted from posting to facebook groups for a week. A week is a long time when you can’t get the message out to people. I was forced to start paying facebook for their ad network. It was costing me £10 per day to get a lot less interest. Why Facebook give you the option to post to groups and then block you from using it is beyond me.”

The allegations on Facebook’s use of the data of their uses has now gone in front of MPs and Mark Zuckerburg has been asked to explain what has happened regarding this situation.

More Details will follow.
